Hiring Cygnus Events was one of the best decisions we made for our destination wedding in Mallorca! Planning a wedding from Canada could have felt overwhelming, but Irene and Viviana made the entire process seamless from beginning to end. From our very first conversation, Irene and Viviana were incredibly responsive, organized, and attentive to every detail. Despite the distance and time difference, they made us feel completely supported throughout the entire planning process. No question was ever too small, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure every decision was thoughtful and every detail was taken care of. When we arrived in Spain, everything came together flawlessly. Their professionalism, calm presence, and incredible coordination allowed us to truly be present and enjoy every moment. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made our vision come to life more beautifully than we could have imagined. What impressed us most is that their care didn’t end when the wedding was over. Even after the celebrations, Irene and Viviana continued to stay in touch, check in on us, and assist with anything we needed. That level of dedication and genuine care is incredibly rare and speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. Our wedding exceeded every expectation and was everything we had dreamed of—and so much more. My husband and I are from the UK, we knew the only way we could marry in Mallorca and it be everything we’d dreamt of was if we hired a wedding planner. We found Cygnus when viewing our wedding location, Son Marriog. Viviana Fortunato was incredible from the beginning. She is experienced, warm, responsive and guided us through every step with such ease. She truly took the stress away from wedding planning that every bride and groom expect to experience. On our wedding day, the weather took a turn which meant the plan to eat outside was no longer an option, Viviana kept us informed throughout the day and on the night and did everything she could (& more) to ensure we still had our magical wedding. Every guest commented on how incredible Viviana was at her job. It was all so seamless when I know they were running around in the background to move tables, rearrange place settings etc. due to the last minute changes.
